Our family owned beef cow/calf operation, Hare Cattle Company, as well as our dairy corporation, HMH Dairies, Inc is located in North East Texas between Paris and Mount Pleasant, just 30 minutes from South East Oklahoma.

5H Quarter Horses is striving to raise quality quarter horse foals using our two stallions, Peppys Sun Sugar, an own son of AQHA champion, Mr Sun O Lena, and Tens Powder Playboy, a grandson of both Peppy San Badger and Powder River Playboy. We also offer a breeding program using both artificial insemination and pasture breeding to outside mares.

Our broodmare band consists of such great bloodlines as Mr San Peppy, Doc Bar, Doc O'Lena, Peppy San Badger, Leo, Dry Doc, Smart Chic Olena, Eddie Red Rose, Doc's Prescription, Freckles Playboy, and Peponita. We strive to keep nice stout mares with good conformation and nice gentle natures.

We use our horses on our ranch for gathering and working cattle and pleasure riding in the pastures. Both stallions are each as good a pasture horse as we've ever owned and also work well in the pen.
